Customer Service Officer (Fulltime)

FOX Global is a growing international logistics service provider based in Berkel en Rodenrijs. Our services for our customers are import and export air and sea freight, goods storage, order picking, distribution and transport. Due to growth, we are looking for a full-time Customer Service Officer for the Warehouse. You will work closely with your colleagues and internal and external customers of the organisation.

You are part of the Customer Service team. You ensure proper order processing and operation of our Warehouse Management System Boltrics. It is important that you have a service-oriented attitude and get energy from your work and supporting internal and external customers. You are used to working accurately to handle the administration of shipments and documentation.

What will you do?

  • You will be responsible for order processing from order receipt to preparation for shipment;

  • You will provide and prepare the necessary documentation for customers;

  • You liaise with internal and external customers and offices;

  • You prepare transport orders;

  • You ensure well-drafted briefings to pass on orders to your colleagues in the Warehouse;

  • You keep the customer database up to date in our WMS system;

  • You take care of receiving the drivers;

  • All common necessary tasks.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a completed MBO/HBO education, preferably in a logistics field;

  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages;

  • You are a process-oriented thinker and like to take the initiative;

  • You are accurate and precise in documentation;

  • You are communicatively strong, proactive and customer-oriented;

  • You are good at monitoring progress and are solution-oriented;

  • Experience in a similar position is a plus;
